The ground rent is divided among the apartment shares and collected monthly as a ground rent maintenance fee from the shareholders. The amount of ground rent fee for each apartment can be found in the <a href=\"https:\/\/sompasaarengemma.fi\/en\/apartments\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"254\">apartment details<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/sompasaarengemma.fi\/en\/brochure\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"261\">brochure<\/a>.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Optional rental plot:<\/strong> You can buy out your apartment&#8217;s share of the plot at the time of moving in (or once a year thereafter), freeing you from paying the monthly ground rent.
