Gemma is now available for reservation

Reserving an apartment at Gemma is easy and secure. This is an RS project, which means all stages proceed under supervision with the buyer's protection in mind.

When you make a reservation on our website, it is a preliminary reservation. The reservation becomes official once we have completed the reservation agreement together and you have paid the reservation fee of €1,000. We will contact you shortly after your reservation – please keep an eye on your phone or email, as the preliminary reservation will be automatically cancelled if we cannot reach you within 48 hours.

If your desired apartment has already been reserved, you can always join the reservation queue. If the original buyer decides to withdraw from the apartment, we will offer it to the next person in the queue.

We will contact you immediately after the preliminary reservation and accompany you as an experienced friend throughout the entire journey until your new home is ready to move into.
